Summary: Location was great, property was neat but strange layout. The main bedroom and the extra bed are directly next to each other with a half height wall and curtain for separation. You literally could not tell if the towels were clean or dirty as all were just hanging in the bathrooms. Directions stated that if you use the bed, leave it unmade and put used towels near washer. Leaving me with the question if all of it is washed after each stay. Overall it just wasn’t very clean. Our group felt between the layout and cleanliness, the place was over priced.

Summary: The place is awesome with amazing potential. Unfortunately, the pictures weren't quite accurate. It used to be a bar, first of all. That would be okay, but it was also dirty. Dirty towels were still hanging and some sheets were not clean.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was within walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! When we were at the house, we spent most of our time in the bar are or outside by the fire pit. Loved it!

Summary: My (then) fiance & I rented this place for our wedding weekend. We stayed in the 2nd floor above the "bar" that has a walk-out porch. A couple of friends stayed overnight Saturday. We got really excited when we were able to walk around & truly see the space. The downstairs is perfect for a gathering of family or friends, or in our case about 15 people from our wedding ceremony. Everyone had a great time playing the different games; all in good condition. There are two 1/2 baths downstairs in the bar space. Outside there was plenty of seating. We were able to have a fire on Saturday evening thanks to the owners bringing us firewood (when I asked if we needed to bring our own) w/o any addl charge. It was extremely clean. No questionable leftovers from the last visitors. Upstairs was equipped very well with all the amenities. The key code entry system made it very easy for not only us but also our friends who helped setup the bar space. This place is just far enough past the hustle & bustle of Main Street to be quiet at 1:00 a.m. We could still hear some music from one of the bars up the street but it wasn't loud & it was almost like being out of town. The Art Colony's outside exhibits were nice to see. Overall it's in a great spot. Trolley stop 74 is literally in front of the house. The backyard is absolutely beautiful with natural stonework. Excellent owners! Hoping to rent again next year for a girls weekend, if I can organize them lol

Summary: We booked the stay for my wifes birthday weekend. Weve come to eureka for a long time. We love staying at new places. This house was just what we needed. The kids loved the game room. The houses were clean. The decorations were so eclectic and artsy. The back yard was stunning with thr art and fire pit. Next time we will have to book it for an actual party.

Summary: This is a unique property and worked out great for participating in Blues Bikes and BBQ. The bar and rec room kept us entertained during nights and down times. The studio is cozy for sleeping. It's definitely a unique set up and apparently lots of history as well! It has the potential to be a lot of very cool things so glad we were able to stay there. Location is good, being right on main (but a pretty good walk to the bars and businesses). Things to be aware of: There is not much privacy in the bedrooms and there is one shower to share in the studio loft. We parked the bikes at the north end to keep them away from the sidewalk, but if both residential structures were occupied, parking could get a little tight. Overall though, it worked out great for our trip!
